Search Terms
When a visitor types a name, location, or related lookup detail into a search tool, that query is sent to the third-party provider operating the tool. Blaine County Inmate Population does not store those search terms in its own records.
Messages
If you email or otherwise send a message, the information in that message may be kept long enough to review and respond. It is not shared outside the organization except when a legal requirement calls for disclosure.
Information Collected Automatically

This site links to sheriff, jail, court, corrections, NEVCAP, BOP, ICE, and third-party search resources. Those outside websites run under their own privacy notices once you leave this site. Nebraska public-record access is governed in part by Neb. Rev. Stat. sections 84-712 and 84-712.01, but those statutes do not control how every outside website handles visitor data.
Advertising partners may use their own systems to recognize activity across websites and serve targeted ads.
